Softball and Will J

Hey everyone,

I have been doing alot of diaries lately eh? Here is the latest. Racing for Recovery has our own co-ed softball team and we have our first game on June 1. This is yet another activity for our members to be involved with and be with other sober individuals. It is awesome to see all of team members out there enjoying themselves with a healthy activity. Look closely at those Racing for Recovery shirts and I would like to thank Dena from Dena's Designs for once again doing a great job on our garb. The shirts have in Memory of Eric J. Floyd on the sleeves as we will continue to keep Eric with us at all times and do our best to not let a tragedy like his drunk driving death happen again.

Couple of people to thank here. Wes for putting the team all together. Joe for coaching, Jo Jo's Pizza for sponsoring and of course all of the players from Racing for Recovery.

I ask that all of you reading this keep my friend RJ and his family in your prayers. His son Will was recently diagnosed with Autism and my heart aches for the entire family. I thank God that I have 4 healthy kids and considering all of the garbage I put in my system it is a miracle they are all ok? I thank God everyday for them. Another reason to appreciate sobriety.
