Madison Biking

I just want to say how proud I am of my baby girl Madion (5 years old) who started riding her bike without training wheels yesterday. She just said to me "daddy take of the training wheels" and so I did and boom she took off riding. To watch the smile on her face was pricelss and I was reminded of what life is all about. My job in this world is to be the best father I can to my kids and I am going to make sure that continues to happpen.

Finally got to ride outside yesterday with Eddie from our lifestyle house and Mike who financed the house for us. It was very windy but I did 55 miles and felt great. I felt great not only physically but emotionally as well as riding with some buddies and people that are being helped by racing for recovery is a good thing.

Ok off for a run then study for an exam I have coming up.
